About Pulling

A practice built around Trich and the people who live with it.

Pulling exists because BFRBs deserve specialists. For too long, hair pulling and skin picking have been side-notes in general therapy — misunderstood, minimized, or treated like a habit to "just stop."

They're not habits. They're urges with deep roots. And they respond, beautifully, when met with the right tools and a therapist who has spent their career learning them.

Our work centers young women, ages 12 to 35 — the population most affected and most often dismissed. We meet you where you are: in your bedroom on a video call, in our quiet offices, in the middle of an urge, or after a setback. There is no version of you we haven't sat with before.

You came here looking for someone who gets it. You've found us.
